Canadian Shipping
K-Tuned is proud to offer FREE standard shipping on orders of CAD $150 or more (before taxes and after discounts) shipped within Canada.
Free shipping is typically provided using UPS Ground or an equivalent standard ground shipping service. K-Tuned reserves the right to substitute an alternate carrier or shipping service at its discretion. Selection of the free shipping option does not guarantee shipment via UPS.
Remote & Non-Standard Delivery Areas
Some rural, remote, or extended service areas are not serviced directly by UPS Ground or may incur significant additional shipping charges.
If your shipping address falls outside the standard UPS service area, K-Tuned reserves the right to:
- Contact you to discuss alternative shipping options or additional shipping charges.
- Ship using an alternate carrier where available.
- Cancel and refund your order if a reasonable shipping solution cannot be found.
Orders Under $150 CAD
Orders under CAD $150 will be charged shipping at checkout based on destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Delivery Times
Estimated transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. K-Tuned is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping
K-Tuned ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, and other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
All international orders are considered final sale.
Once an international shipment has been picked up by the carrier, export documentation has been filed with Canadian customs authorities and the shipment cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled. As a result, international orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned after they have been shipped.
If an international shipment is refused by the recipient or cannot be delivered, any return shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other costs assessed by the carrier or customs authorities will be deducted from any refund, where applicable. In some cases, returned international shipments are not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with all applicable import laws and regulations in their destination country.
